Don't Have the Stamp You Want, Repurpose Your Stash

I created this Slimline card using Die Set and a Stamp Set that were not intended to be for Fall. I was successfully able to make them meet my need with few simple tricks.

Fall season needs color palette that matches colors of the Fall falling leaves. I limited my colors to those. Used distress inks to distress the edges of all the diecuts and the edges of the card and background.

After that I sort of burnt all the edges of the leaves and some parts of the chicken coop and background with Vintage Photo Distress ink that gives that burnt look to the whole card.

Copic coloring also did not go far from the same palette. I used these colors:

Red: R29 R24

Yellow/Orange: YR09 YR04 Y08

Grey: N04 N02

Blue: B05

Brown: E99
