I Miss You Zoom Fun Card - Masking Technique

Hello sweet crafters.. today I created a fun card for a zoom meeting for the Lawn Fawnatics sketch challenge, once I saw the sketch I thought definitely a zoom screen :)

I stamped the images on white card stock using Memento Tuxedo Black Ink, it is alcohol friendly since I am going to use Copics to color them. I needed a masking tape to cover the hair of each image so the face looks behind them when stamped. I also added some body for each image with Memento Tuxedo Black Pen.

After coloring I used my Sizzix Machine to cut the image with the rectangle die from Lawn Fawn Shadow box Die Set.

For the sentiment, I stamped the phrase "I sure do miss you" from the Adorable Adventure Stamp Set with Versafine Onyx Black Ink.

I glued the images with Tombow Adhesive and then used Double Sided Tapes to adhere the whole panel to a black cardstock that I rounded its corner with Corner Punch to represent the screen. and then taped the whole panel to two shades of purple cardstock from my stash.
